Position Offered – Sales Associate & Consignment Intake at Clothing Store
Detailed Job Description:
Customer Service: Establishing rapport with customers to provide excellent service. Handling any customer issues and problems in conjunction with Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
Sales: Greeting customers, recommending merchandise, providing product information and suggestions to meet and exceed sales goals, listing products on social media platforms, accurately ringing sales through the POS system.
Inventory: Handling consignment intake, knowing what to take and not take, pricing and tagging incoming items.
Merchandising: Displaying merchandise in a visually appealing manner, correctly placing items in proper location on sales floor.
Candidate Requirements:
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail experience, consignment experience a plus
- Knowledge of fashion trends and labels is required
- Reliable and trust-worthy
- Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality with customer service focus
- The ability to multi-task
Compensation:
- Flexible schedule but must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays
